We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Sales Lady cum Cashier to join our store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases, maintain store displays, handle billing and cash transactions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers find items.
• Handle billing using POS/cash register and process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor about low or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and product labeling.
• Assist in unpacking and displaying new stock.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the store.
