Position Summary

Bismi Wholesale is seeking a reliable, customer focused Cashier to manage billing operations efficiently and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Handle all billing and payment transactions using POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Verify product prices, offers, and discounts before billing.
• Manage cash, card, digital payments, and credit transactions as per company policies.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and credit notes when necessary.
• Maintain an organized and clean billing counter at all times.
• Reconcile cash at the end of each shift and prepare daily cash reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for product availability and price confirmation.
• Resolve customer billing inquiries or escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company standards.
