Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our perfume retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. You will assist customers in selecting perfumes, promote current offers, and ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions: cash, credit/debit, refund, exchange.
• Issue receipts, count change, reconcile cash drawer at shift start & end.
• Maintain checkout area tidy and organized, ensure correct pricing and scanning.
• Assist with product enquiries and guide customers as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred (retail in fragrances a plus).
• Good communication skills English.
• Numerate, accurate, trustworthy with cash handling.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and able to work in a busy retail environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
