Key Responsibilities (Cashier)
- Provide excellent customer service by always greeting customers and speaking politely and respectfully.
- Professionally handle customer complaints by following the company’s SOP
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS (Point-of-Sale) system
- Process ordering of supplies (food and raw materials) through the company’s own system/software.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Support store operations such as stocking shelves and updating product displays
- Stay updated on promotions, products, and company policies
Qualifications and Requirements (Cashier)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy in handling money
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks if required
