Cashier

Key Responsibilities (Cashier)

  • Provide excellent customer service by always greeting customers and speaking politely and respectfully.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints by following the company’s SOP
  • Process customer transactions accurately using POS (Point-of-Sale) system
  • Process ordering of supplies (food and raw materials) through the company’s own system/software.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy
  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
  • Support store operations such as stocking shelves and updating product displays
  • Stay updated on promotions, products, and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements (Cashier)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong numerical skills and accuracy in handling money
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks if required
