Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caretakers to join our home healthcare team. You will provide essential support to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Support mobility: help with walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health changes
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and manage laundry
• Escort clients to medical appointments and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to medical staff

Requirements:

• Completion of a caregiving course or nursing assistant certification
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Physically fit and capable of assisting with mobility
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts
• Valid DxB residency
