Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle rental bookings and inquiries
• Prepare and process rental agreements and related documentation
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental for damage or issues
• Deliver and collect vehicles as required
• Maintain updated records of vehicle inventory and availability
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
• Handle payments and follow up on overdue rentals
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly rental targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in car rental, customer service, or a similar role
• Valid UAE driving license
• Familiarity with car models, rental procedures, and local traffic rules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, rental systems)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
