We are looking for a young, dynamic female candidate for the post of “Call Center Representative for our dental department based in Abu Dhabi, Al Zahiyah Street.

To Answer incoming calls, emails, or social media chats promptly, providing Accurate information to the customer queries.

Keeping record for patient’s interactions, information and accounts. department.

Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Work with team members to meet performance metrics like call resolution

time or customer satisfaction scores.
