We Are Hiring – Call Center Supervisor

A leading Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in call center management within an aesthetics/dermatology clinic (mandatory).
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the call center team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor call quality and ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Manage schedules and daily workflows.
  • Train and support the team to achieve performance targets.
