• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Book and confirm patient appointments
• Explain clinic services, treatments, and ongoing promotions
• Address patient inquiries and concerns clearly and politely
• Update patient information accurately in the system
• Coordinate with marketing and medical teams to achieve targets
• Meet daily and monthly call and booking targets
