Purpose of the Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking aesthetic treatments.
- Ensure a professional, warm, and informative experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on aesthetic services, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Schedule consultations and procedures, coordinating with doctors and therapists.
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as needed.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling client information.
- Support front desk and clinical teams with client coordination and communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a call center or front desk role, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness center.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, discretion, and multitasking abilities.
Working Hours
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as per clinic operations.
