Broker City Properties is looking for a professional Call Center Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and transferring leads, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and assisting in Quality Assurance (QA) tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming leads and customer inquiries.
  • Transfer leads efficiently to the appropriate sales agents.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to ensure high standards of customer communication.
  • Accurately document and follow up on calls and requests.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Support the implementation of company procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate companies or call centers is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
