Broker City Properties is looking for a professional Call Center Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and transferring leads, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and assisting in Quality Assurance (QA) tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming leads and customer inquiries.
- Transfer leads efficiently to the appropriate sales agents.
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to ensure high standards of customer communication.
- Accurately document and follow up on calls and requests.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Support the implementation of company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate companies or call centers is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
