- One or more year of experience as call center agent of UAE.
- Must be diploma / graduate
- Having Good communication skills in both English & Arabic – Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Basic mathematics / numerical understanding

- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
