Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent. The agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate updates regarding shipping and transportation services, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional support. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Make outbound calls when required for updates or follow-ups
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipping, towing, tracking, and clearance
  • Log customer interactions and update internal systems
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is an advantage)
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
