Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promotions.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
