Job Summary:
Battmobile is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, coordinate service requests, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in call centers or service roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing & policies
- Coordinate service requests with our dispatch and technical teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma (or higher)
- Experience in customer service or call centers
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
