We are looking for Call Center Agent in Aesthetic. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle appointments, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and premium patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about aesthetic services, treatments, and promotions.
- Schedule and manage client bookings using the clinic’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support customer retention.
- Manage WhatsApp/online inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with clinic standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (preferably in beauty/aesthetics/medical).
- Arabic speaker is mandatory; strong English communication is a plus.
- Must have own visa (self-sponsored).
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a beauty clinic, aesthetic center.
- Knowledge of common aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser, facials, fillers, skincare).
- Experience in sales or lead conversion.
