We are looking for Call Center Agent in Aesthetic. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle appointments, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about aesthetic services, treatments, and promotions.
  • Schedule and manage client bookings using the clinic’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support customer retention.
  • Manage WhatsApp/online inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with clinic standards.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (preferably in beauty/aesthetics/medical).
  • Arabic speaker is mandatory; strong English communication is a plus.
  • Must have own visa (self-sponsored).
  • Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a beauty clinic, aesthetic center.
  • Knowledge of common aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser, facials, fillers, skincare).
  • Experience in sales or lead conversion.
