Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality check calls with clients to ensure service satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with queries related to properties, services, and documentation.
- Support the sales team with tele-sales activities, including introducing property listings and following up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service / tele-sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining (preferred).
