Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality check calls with clients to ensure service satisfaction and collect feedback.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with queries related to properties, services, and documentation.
  • Support the sales team with tele-sales activities, including introducing property listings and following up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service / tele-sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining (preferred).
