Full job description
· Managing inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries & complaints
· Handle customer queries over the phone/Email and WhatsApp CRM
· Manage and resolve customer complaints
· Place outbound calls to follow-up customer complaints when necessary
· Documents all call information’s based on SOP
· Provide daily reports to supervisor / Department head on the pending complaints
· Complete daily payments on Unsuccessful transactions
Requirements/ Qualifications
· Prefer to have Bachelor Degree
· Must be fluent in Arabic and English, Knowledge in any other language will be added advantage
· Proficient in Computer
· Good Typing and data entry skills
· Must be a good communicator
