Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about services providing by the Company.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, environment.
- Proficient in computer and call management systems
