We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team and handle outbound calls for our Automotive division.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.
- Present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options in a confident and professional manner.
- Understand client needs and offer relevant vehicle or service solutions.
- Book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits.
- Maintain accurate logs of conversations, outcomes, and preferences in the CRM.
Performance & Reporting
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead conversion, and bookings.
- Record all activities in the CRM platform.
- Provide feedback on script performance and lead engagement effectiveness.
Collaboration & Development
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for quality lead handling.
- Attend product and sales training sessions regularly.
- Stay informed about vehicle arrivals, promotions, and service packages.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or similar roles (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic and/or Russian is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: AED 3,500/month
- Average monthly incentive: AED 1,500–5,000 based on KPIs
- Benefits include visa sponsorship (for eligible candidates), medical insurance, and ongoing training.
Work Arrangement
- Type: Full-time, on-site
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
