We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service team in a busy dental healthcare setting. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound patient calls, appointment scheduling, and ensuring excellent patient experience in line with the center’s service standards.
The Call Center Agent will act as a key link between patients and clinical teams, ensuring calls are answered promptly, patient inquiries are handled professionally, and appointments are efficiently managed using the clinic’s EMR and call management systems. Attention to detail, clear communication, and a patient-centered attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Handle patient calls within service standards
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and follow up appointments
- Manage no-show, cancelled, and missed appointments
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
- Coordinate with dentists and front desk for smooth patient flow
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies
Preferred Profile
- Experience in a healthcare or dental call center is an advantage
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Familiar with EMR systems and call management tools (e.g., 3CX is a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
