We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients, and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Book, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information
- Coordinate with clinic staff when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Languages required: Arabic & English
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
