We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Call Center Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing accurate property information while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will play a key role in supporting our sales team by converting inquiries into qualified appointments and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property sales and leasing inquiries
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and schedule appointments for sales agents
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed call, conversion, and appointment-setting targets
• Provide professional, clear, and persuasive communication in Arabic and English
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close opportunities
• Handle objections confidently and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation

Requirements & Skills

• Arabic Speaker is a must (fluency in English is an advantage)
• Previous experience in a customer support or call center role
• Proven track record of over-achieving targets or quotas
• Strong phone etiquette, verbal communication, and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call management tools
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Call Center Agent in the UAE Real Estate Market
• Experience in a medium to large real estate organization is highly preferred
