Call Handling & Customer Support

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, schedules, and company policies.
  • Record detailed customer information, complaints, and service requests in the system.
  • Follow call scripts and adhere to customer service guidelines.

Dispatching & Coordination

  • Assign and dispatch field technicians/drivers/staff based on schedules, locations, and priorities.
  • Communicate job details clearly to field teams and update them on changes in real time.
  • Track and monitor ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain constant communication with field teams to resolve issues or delays.

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Update job status, customer information, and service records in the dispatching system.
  • Prepare daily activity reports and submit to supervisors.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data collected.
