Call Handling & Customer Support
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, schedules, and company policies.
- Record detailed customer information, complaints, and service requests in the system.
- Follow call scripts and adhere to customer service guidelines.
Dispatching & Coordination
- Assign and dispatch field technicians/drivers/staff based on schedules, locations, and priorities.
- Communicate job details clearly to field teams and update them on changes in real time.
- Track and monitor ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain constant communication with field teams to resolve issues or delays.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Update job status, customer information, and service records in the dispatching system.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit to supervisors.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data collected.
