We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team! You’ll provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic and English

– Respond to customer emails and chats in both languages

– Provide product information and answer questions

– Resolve customer complaints and issues

– Maintain accurate records and meet quality standards

– Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

– Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

– 1+ years of call center experience (preferred)

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Strong analytical and organizational skills

– Proficiency in customer service software
