We are seeking an experienced and reliable Supervisor to oversee all 4 café locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and able to travel between branches as needed. A valid driving license and personal car are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all 4 locations
• Ensure staff performance, service quality, and brand standards
• Support and guide baristas and shift leaders
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Handle customer issues and operational challenges
• Assist with staff scheduling and attendance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Report performance and issues to management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader / Assistant Manager (F&B or café industry preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently
• Valid driving license and personal car (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising coffee shops or restaurants
• Barista background
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory basics
