About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly, and charming Café Sales Manager ideally with pastery chef experience to lead the daily operations and sales of our unique café concept. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, pastry, and sales, and who is eager to grow with a fast-developing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day café operations
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Lead, train, and motivate café staff
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Ensure all documentation, food production, and operations comply with local laws and regulations
• Supervise and participate in in-house pastry production
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation
• Monitor stock, production planning, and quality control
• Contribute ideas and strategies to support business growth and future branch openings

Requirements

• Mandatory: Pastry Chef experience
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to upsell and drive revenue
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Arabic language is an advantage
• Bubbly, charming, and customer-focused personality
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Leadership skills with experience managing and training staff
• Based in Ajman or within comfortable commuting distance
• Ambitious individual looking for long-term growth with the company
