Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Café Manager to manage daily café operations, staff, and customer service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the UAE café or restaurant industry and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently
- Supervise and train baristas, kitchen, and service staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Manage cash handling, POS reports, and daily sales closing
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Coordinate with management on sales targets and promotions
Requirements
- Female / Male candidates both can apply
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Manager in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of café operations, coffee service, and basic food handling
- Experience with POS systems and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
