Nineteen Eighteen Café is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a café management role and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Support in marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Café Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of café operations and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
• Ready to join immediately
