Key Responsibilities:
· Develop outlet strategies to raise customers pool, expand outlet traffic and increase the profitability.
· Good Knowledge in Coffees and specialty coffee’s.
· Managing outlet operations and ensure that company policies and guidelines are adhered by the team members.
· Meet sales target/goals by motivating, mentoring, training, and providing feedback or reviews to the outlet staff.
· Manage and overseas outlet operations, marketing and increasing sales & profitability.
· Manage loss prevention of machines & equipment’s through proper maintenance and service.
· Advanced team player with proficient in technical skills in MS – Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and POS Software’s in Café outlets.
· Report on buying, top & least selling, customer trends, profits, and daily reports to the respective departments via proper communication channel.
· Deals with all the issues that arise from the customers or staff.
· Deliver superior service and maximize the customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with the staff and team members in promoting the brand in the local community through word -of-mouth, the social media marketing and restaurant events to reach a broader audience.
· Controls cost and identify measures to cut waste of products & Foods.
· Organize and supervise shifts and make sure employee will taking laves as per the Annual Leave & Absence Policy.
· Regularly view product quality and research new vendors in the market with less costs and to communicate/coordinate via proper channel to the specified departments.
· Manages services and ensure that the highest standards of customer service implemented in the shop
· Make sure that each team member is motivated to work, accordingly by giving support on training, and precise instructions at workplace
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service.
· Coordinate with the digital marketing team with regards to the photography, uploading in the google on daily basis.
· Extensive F&B knowledge with the ability to recall the ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
· Strong leadership, proactiveness, motivational, people skills and financial management skills.
· Minimum sale of day should be achieved in the outlet you are responsible.
· Even freshers who have the managerial skill can apply for it.
