Key Responsibilities:
- To liaise with members of the public and give advice on the car park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, ensuring that our customer care policy is always adhered to.
- Responsible for accepting all types of payments Cash, Debit or Credit cards.
- To handle the membership, invoicing, and call centre related jobs in the car park.
Qualifications:
- Good English Communication skills and customer service are required.
- Sending Emails and answering phone calls for inquiries experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer service experience (required)
What We Offer:
- Salary: AED 2,400.00 + Visa and medical insurance provided.
- 12-hour rotational shift, 6 days a week.
