Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, bone, and prepare different types of meat as per customer requirements.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the store.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Take responsibility for achieving store sales targets and promoting products.
  • Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a butcher.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and storage.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
