Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, bone, and prepare different types of meat as per customer requirements.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the store.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Take responsibility for achieving store sales targets and promoting products.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a butcher.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and storage.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
