Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage efficient operational processes across Administration, Finance, IT, Legal and HR functions
  • Define, create and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs and other metrics and track progress against targets
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams
  • Monitor and optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving operational excellence
  • Support senior leadership with reporting, project coordination and process-related initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational challenges and propose practical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in cross-functional administrative/business support roles, ideally within startups, FinTech, or SaaS companies
  • Strong background in Finance, with direct responsibility for overseeing a company’s finance function (with support of existing team)
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-sensitive product environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; Russian language skills are a plus
  • Based in Dubai, UAE.
