Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage efficient operational processes across Administration, Finance, IT, Legal and HR functions
- Define, create and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs and other metrics and track progress against targets
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams
- Monitor and optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving operational excellence
- Support senior leadership with reporting, project coordination and process-related initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Act as a key point of contact for operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in cross-functional administrative/business support roles, ideally within startups, FinTech, or SaaS companies
- Strong background in Finance, with direct responsibility for overseeing a company’s finance function (with support of existing team)
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-sensitive product environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential; Russian language skills are a plus
- Based in Dubai, UAE.
