Business Development Officer – Dubai (On-site)

Location: Dubai, Media City
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

At Flying Colour Tax Consultant LLC, you’ll work directly with businesses, helping them navigate accounting, tax, and advisory solutions. What You’ll Do:

• Generate and convert B2B leads for tax, accounting, advisory, and financial services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive results.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored business solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while gaining exposure to Dubai’s corporate ecosystem.

Who Should Apply:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) – mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition – mandatory.
• Experience in corporate, banking, insurance, financial services, or advisory is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• UAE experience is a plus; candidates from India open to relocation are welcome.
