Key Responsibilities

• Assist children in safely boarding, seating, and disembarking the bus.
• Ensure seat belts are fastened and maintain daily attendance records.
• Help young children with bags and seating arrangements.
• Monitor behavior, maintain discipline, and support children with special needs.
• Follow DoT safety protocols and assist in emergencies/evacuations.
• Communicate promptly with parents, driver, and school staff.
• Provide basic first aid if trained and uphold child safeguarding at all times.

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory under DoT rules).
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children (preferably in a school, nursery, or childcare setting).
• Good conduct certificate (Police Clearance) from Abu Dhabi Police.
• Medical fitness certificate from an authorized health center.
• Completion of DoT-approved Bus Attendant Training Program (mandatory).
• First Aid / CPR certification (preferred).
• Basic communication skills in English and Arabic (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Patient, caring, and responsible attitude towards children.
