Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive growth, awareness and positioning of the cosmetic product lines.
  • Extensive experience in market and commercial analysis to drive brand expansion
  • Ensure the brand’s visual identity, voice, and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the brand’s strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans to meet clients’ objectives.
  • Innovate new strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Must have bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Must be available in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
  • Must have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in cosmetics.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles.
