Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive growth, awareness and positioning of the cosmetic product lines.
- Extensive experience in market and commercial analysis to drive brand expansion
- Ensure the brand’s visual identity, voice, and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
- Assist in the development and execution of the brand’s strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans to meet clients’ objectives.
- Innovate new strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Must have bachelors degree in relevant field.
- Must be available in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Must have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles.
