Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the supermarket branch, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer service, staff management, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supermarket operations and ensure smooth branch functioning
- Achieve sales targets, control expenses, and improve profitability
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance
- Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, leave, and discipline
- Ensure proper stock availability, ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- Monitor expiry, shrinkage, wastage, and loss prevention
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
- Coordinate with Head Office, HR, Accounts, and suppliers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports
- Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and reconciliation
- Implement promotions, displays, and merchandising standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
