Full job description
- Operate and monitor bowling lane equipment to ensure smooth play.
- Assist guests with lane reservations, scoring systems, and equipment (balls, shoes, etc.).
- Perform troubleshooting and report any lane or machine malfunctions to maintenance.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed by guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting guests throughout their visit.
- Keep the bowling area clean, organized, and ready for the next players.
- Monitor guest activity and enforce rules to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with hosting group events, parties, or leagues as required.
- Work closely with team members to deliver a positive guest experience.
