We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boom Loader Operator to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have1–4 years of hands-on experience operating boom loaders in the UAE and a solid understanding of site logistics, equipment handling, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom loader equipment to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate material placement.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the boom loader.
• Support other site operations when not actively operating machinery.

Requirements

• Valid UAE license or certification for boom loader operation.
• 1–4 years of proven experience operating boom loaders in the UAE.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing site needs.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Physical fitness and alertness to operate heavy machinery safely
