Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to handle a variety of heavy machinery used in construction, excavation, roadwork, or other industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or graders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction or job sites.
• Inspect, maintain, and report equipment condition before and after use.
• Follow project plans and directions from supervisors to complete tasks.
• Load and unload materials and machinery as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist crew members in other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator.
• Valid operator certification/license, if required.
• Familiarity with various types of machinery (e.g., excavators, skid steers, backhoes).
• Ability to read plans or blueprints (a plus).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
