We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Customer Service & Field Operations Coordinator who can manage chats and handle daily operations with precision.

This is NOT a standard customer service job.

It requires speed, accuracy, and strong operational thinking.

Key Responsibilities

– Customer Chat & Bookings

  • Handle client inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Share service details, prices, durations, and offers
  • Recommend services and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Manage rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups
  • Handle complaints calmly and respectfully

Operational Coordination

  • Assign technicians based on availability, skill, and timing
  • Assign drivers for pick-ups and drop-offs based on schedule
  • Ensure appointments move through the correct workflow stages
  • Update appointment status in real-time
  • Track delays and inform customers immediately
  • Maintain buffer times and avoid scheduling conflicts

Daily Workflow Management

  • Monitor the day’s appointments
  • Identify jobs needing immediate action
  • Follow up with technicians and drivers
  • Keep all appointment details clean, accurate, and updated
  • Maintain a smooth operational flow throughout the day

Requirements

– Essential Skills

  • Excellent written English (fast, clear typing)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes without shortcuts
  • Fast decision-making under pressure
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong sense of timing and basic understanding of Dubai areas
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and structured systems

– Preferred Experience

  • Dispatch, logistics coordination, delivery/vehicle routing
  • Appointment scheduling (clinics, services, etc.)
  • Customer chat or booking roles
  • High-volume, time-sensitive environments
