Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders to perform grading tasks, including leveling, slope adjustment, and road construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Grader Operator with a strong track record of working on construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.
• Valid grader operator certification and relevant licenses.
• In-depth understanding of grading techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Physical stamina and capability to work in diverse weather conditions
