What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with office and site-based project teams to gather and validate information and supporting documentation for invoice preparation.
- Create, review, and submit accurate invoices in compliance with contractual terms, client requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoicing records to support internal and external audits.
- Manage and update the invoices log to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
- Generate and present weekly and monthly invoice status reports to management.
- Reconcile invoicing records with project financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with finance, contracts, and project control teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in invoicing or accounting, preferably within the engineering, construction or project management sectors with major governmental and private clients in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes, financial documentation, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (experience with Oracle or similar platforms is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders (Arabic language proficiency is preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
