We are looking for a Billing Assistant to join our team. If you have good Excel skills and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Maintain billing records in the system.
  • Update and manage billing data in Excel.
  • Work with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing.
  • Address billing issues and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic computer skills (email, MS Office).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eager to learn new tasks.
