As Bellman, we rely on you to:
Provide a warm and engaging service to guests at every interaction as per Shangri-La Standards whether during arrival, stay or departure
Assist guests with any luggage by carefully loading/unloading them from the car or in the room and explaining to guests the facilities within their room
Confirm the total number of pieces of luggage with the guest to ensure proper tagging and delivery or pickup
Report immediately in case of any damage observed to the luggage and do not leave the luggage unattended
Maintain lobby area by communicating cleanliness or engineering issues with the department concerned

We are looking for someone who:
Has minimum 1 years’ experience in a 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
Is fluent in oral and written English language
Can work with a multinational team
Has a pleasant and cheerful personality
Is flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements
