As a Bellman, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Act as a hotel ambassador by initiating guest contact, assisting with luggage handling, delivering items to rooms, and supporting the Doorman with vehicle unloading and loading.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering luggage and amenities promptly, providing hotel and room tours, and assisting with guest requests in coordination with Concierge and other departments.
- Ensure proper handling and security of departmental keys, radios, and guestroom access; follow all operational procedures including logbooks and control sheets.
- Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness, including polishing luggage carts and being familiar with hotel services, spa, dining, and room technology.
- Foster strong colleague relations by promoting teamwork, participating in meetings, resolving conflicts, and maintaining open communication with other departments.
- Create exceptional guest experiences by engaging warmly, collecting guest preferences, addressing complaints effectively, and upholding the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences standards.
