We are seeking a courteous and energetic Bellboy / Bellhop to provide excellent guest service by assisting with luggage and guiding guests to their rooms. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure warmly and professionally
• Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from rooms
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
• Ensure luggage is delivered safely and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell area
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for smooth guest service
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Assist with transportation and valet services as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Ability to carry heavy luggage and stand for long periods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
