  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services
  • Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests
  • Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently
  • Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures

Requirements and Skills

  • Previous experience as a Bellhop or in a similar guest services role is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry luggage
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills for logging and tracking guest requests
