Job Summary
We are seeking a courteous and energetic Bell Attendant to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest assistance by handling luggage, escorting guests, and ensuring a warm and professional first and last impression of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping for guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas
- Ensure proper tagging and secure handling of guest luggage
- Assist in arranging transportation and guiding guests when required
- Follow hotel service standards, grooming standards, and safety procedures
- Report any guest complaints or maintenance issues to the Front Office Supervisor
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
