About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, skilled, and service-oriented Bartender to join the team, a European fine-dining restaurant. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, curating an exceptional beverage experience, and maintaining high service standards in line with the restaurant’s European hospitality concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Create and maintain an engaging cocktail and beverage menu aligned with the restaurant’s European fine-dining theme.
• Ensure accurate mixing, garnishing, and presentation of drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Check identification to verify customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor consumption to prevent waste.
• Provide recommendations to guests and offer a high level of personalized service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Stay updated on new mixology trends, wines, and spirits to enhance the beverage program.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine-dining, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Certificate in mixology or bartending (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
